- Based on a table-top scanning electron microscope (SEM).
- 3 modes: SEM, EDX and X-ray nano-CT.
- Scan time of 4 hours with a spatial resolution of 50 nm.
- Surface information about the elemental composition .
- Volumetric elemental composition inherited from the surface.
