High temperature X-ray CT (HTXCT)

  1. Heat up your sample to 1500 ° C.
  2. Execute 3D scans of your sample at intervals of 10 seconds.
  3. Analyse the data online on our webpage with secured connection.

Table-top Nano-CT for tiny samples (in development) 

  1. Based on a table-top scanning electron microscope (SEM).
  2. 3 modes: SEM, EDX and X-ray nano-CT.
  3. Scan time of 4 hours with a spatial resolution of 50 nm.
  4. Surface information about the elemental composition .
  5. Volumetric elemental composition inherited from the surface.
